Coventry, United Kingdom (Running Africa) — Coventry City have completed the record-breaking signing of Ghana international Caleb Yirenkyi from Danish club FC Nordsjaelland in a deal worth up to €30 million (£25.7 million) as the Sky Blues strengthen their squad ahead of their return to the Premier League.
Coventry will pay an initial €27 million (£23.1 million) for the 20-year-old midfielder, with a further €3 million available in performance-related add-ons.
