London, United Kingdom — Nigerian Afrobeats star Ayra Starr is set to headline the halftime show at the 2026 NFL London Game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, October 11, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The National Football League (NFL) confirmed the performance as part of its international games program, which features live music performances across seven countries and four continents this season.
The appearance will place the two-time Grammy-nominated singer before an international sporting audience as Afrobeats continues to gain recognition beyond Africa.
Ayra Starr takes Afrobeats to NFL London stage
Ayra Starr has established herself as one of Nigeria’s prominent international music acts, building a global following with songs including Rush and Stability.
Her music combines Afrobeats, pop and R&B, helping her reach audiences across Africa, Europe and other international markets. The Beninese-Nigerian singer has also performed at major music events, including the Glastonbury Festival in the United Kingdom.

The London halftime show comes nearly two months after Ayra Starr released her third studio album, Stargirl, on August 14.
The project features collaborations with Nigerian artists Wizkid and Rema, as well as British singer Zayn.
The album follows her growing international success and continued collaborations with artists across different music markets. The NFL has not disclosed which songs Ayra Starr will perform during the halftime show.
